Solar LED Lights defying Darkness

Our fascination with continuous light, day and night, began long before Thomas Edison's invention of the light bulb in 1879. In 1932, Frank Chorman capitalized on this fascination and brought night time sports to light by transporting his portable stadium lights from town to town. "You can use it for outdoor living, camping, and for emergency lighting during hurricanes, earthquakes, and blackouts." Though, solar torches have been available from China manufacturers for years now, Solar LED Innovations claim superiority with its line of solar products and flashlights. The lights contain rechargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries similar to those used in electric cars. The light emitting diodes (LED) bulbs run for about 100,000 hour of light.
