How do they turn freeze dried food into powder?
I'm curious to know how they freeze dry whole foods and then turn it into powder.
The food, be it meat or veggie is dehydrated then ground into a powder. Much like shredded jerky that comes in a can or bonito flakes used in furikake (rice seasoning).
